Terms of Service
These terms explain the basic rules for using RaddBox, a shared inbox for business messaging.
Using RaddBox
RaddBox provides a shared inbox for businesses that communicate with customers through supported messaging channels. You must provide accurate account information, keep your login credentials secure, and use the service only for lawful business communications.
Your workspace and content
You are responsible for the people you invite, the messages and media your team sends, and the permissions you grant to connected channels. You must have the rights and consents needed to contact your customers and process their information.
Connected platforms
RaddBox connects to third-party platforms, including WhatsApp, Instagram, and Messenger, through their official APIs. Their availability, rules, message limits, and approval requirements are controlled by those platforms. You must comply with their applicable terms and policies.
Acceptable use
You may not use RaddBox for fraud, spam, harassment, unlawful content, unauthorized access, or activity that disrupts the service or violates a messaging platform's policies. We may suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users, the service, or third parties.
Availability and changes
We work to keep RaddBox available and reliable, but the service may change, be interrupted, or depend on third-party systems. We may update these terms as the product develops and will post the revised version here.
