Data Deletion

You can request deletion of your RaddBox account, workspace data, connected channel data, conversations, and messages at any time.

Email privacy@raddbox.com from the address associated with your account. Include the workspace name and the Meta channel or account you want removed, if applicable.

We will verify the request, disconnect the relevant channel where needed, and confirm what was deleted. Some information may be retained when required by law, needed to resolve disputes, or necessary to prevent abuse.

Deleting data from RaddBox does not delete data held by Meta or another connected platform. To request deletion from those platforms, use their own privacy and account controls.
