Privacy Policy

We collect the information needed to provide the shared inbox, including:

• Account information, such as your email address, display name, workspace, and role.
• Connected channel information, such as WhatsApp and Instagram account identifiers and access credentials.
• Conversation data, including contact details, messages, media, timestamps, delivery status, tags, and assignments.
• Technical information needed to operate and secure the service, such as request logs and error data.

We use this information to authenticate users, connect messaging channels, receive and send messages, organize conversations, maintain security, troubleshoot problems, and improve RaddBox. We do not sell personal information or use message content for advertising.

RaddBox uses the official WhatsApp Cloud API and Instagram Messaging API. Data received from Meta is used only to provide messaging features requested by the connected business. Your use of those channels is also subject to Meta's terms and privacy policies.

We share information only with service providers needed to operate RaddBox, including Supabase for database and authentication services, Vercel for hosting, and Meta for WhatsApp and Instagram messaging. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect the service and its users.

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. To request deletion of your account, workspace, or Meta platform data, email privacy@raddbox.com from the address associated with your account. We may ask for information needed to verify the request.

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect information, including access controls and encrypted connections. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. Depending on where you live, you may have additional privacy rights. Contact us to submit a request or appeal a privacy decision.

RaddBox is a business service and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this policy as the service changes. We will post the revised version here and update the effective date when changes are material.
